His friend dropped us off at the lake, and was supposed to be right back so he could run me home.. didnt happen. This guy, *Randy, started kissing me. I let him at first, then I told him I had to get home, because my curfew was 8:15, and I had just enough time to get home but, he wouldn't stop kissing me. I pushed him away, then he grabbed my arm, and said I aint gonna hurt ya, girl, c'mon.. he told me to move, and led me to the other side of the lake. He ordered me to take my clothes off.. when I didn't he began to. He did just about everything you can imagine, but I was so scared all I did was cry.. It took forever because I was a virgin... when he was thru, he said he wanted to fuck me again, and I pushed him off me.. he walked me to the end of my block, and said "If you tell anyone I will break your godamn neck." Told me to close my eyes, and start counting.. When I opened them he was gone.. I went home, took a bath, and skipped a week off school. I didn't fight him because he scared me.. So does this not make it rape? He was 19, and he knew I wasn't into sex, and when I told him it hurt he didn't care.. All these years later, I wonder...well?

survivor1987 is verified as being by the original poster of the questionthanks to all who answered..I am fine now.. its just a nagging thought that is always there...I have been told by people "you cant rape the willing"..if you didnt fight it, didnt scream, didnt report it right away, and there were no injuries.. then it was concentual.you gotta figure he was 6ft 5 and 200 lbs..a football player.. I was 5ft 1 and about 100lbs..I reported it two weeks later, and he confessed to the cops that we had sex..he thought I was 18. He got charged with sexual abuse of a minor, and got probation..but again, thanks for caring and posting.Sarah

He was a total sociopath rapist. You should consider pressing charges even though it was when you were younger. He had no right to do that to you and I hope you do press charges against him because as a rapist he will only keep doing that to other women.

 It sounds like rape to me... both ways because you said no and you were under age but he was of age... If it's been bothering you this long maybe you should get some kind of help.... just to talk or something like that.I know how you feel.... I was raped when I was 11 by a 26 year old man.... it's scary and hard to deal with but it will all be okay I promise.... I'm only 14 now and I can already look back and remember how bad it was a month after it happend and now how much easier it is....
