You tell her how much she means to you, then you explain that you're worried that your relationship is falling apart. Then you say that you'd like to fix it, and you ask her what you can do to make it better. Then you listen. And listen to every word she says.

hey all you need to do is tell you love her lots and tell her how much she means to you you sound as if you really love her and thats great because you dont come across genuine guys that often take her out once in a while and show her that you care talk about the things that have happend if they are bothering you xx its not just you to be there for her she should be there for you too any way i hope this helps let me no xx *hugs*

Be there when she needs to talk, listen when she's talking, don't say you understand or partonise her, just let her talk things through and give her loads of cuddles! Don't be too clingy and bother her all the time, if she's having a rough time of it then she may well need some space - as might you, you don't want to be on the recieving end of her bad mood!
Good luck - you sound like a lovely lad!
