Hi This is from experience. Walk away from this girl, as she already has a boyfriend and yet she is more than willing to snog you! This girl seems to find it easy to snog other boys! How would you feel if this girl was your g/f and was snogging other people? To be honest with you, if she has a boyfriend then you should leave it well alone. If she happens to split with her fella then that would be a different story. It would become very difficult if she was still with her guy and you were falling for her. Also, if she is happy to cheat on him then whats to say she wouldn't cheat on you?!
