I get so nervous that I start shaking and lose focus on my previous class work before I go to gym. The teacher knows but he doesn't everything and I don't like telling i need to fight my own battles. What should I do? Reply to this Question Share |

The best line of defence against bullies is totally self-confidence. Remember: bullies bully because they're insecure in themselves. They figure that if they point at you, no one will see through them. Even if you're FAR from confident in yourself, fake it. They'll never know the difference.
Try sticking up for the ones being picked on. If they notice you're doing that they'll probably think twice before trying to pick on you.
In the end, if they do make fun of you, laugh right back at them. (Example: "HAHA 4-eyes! You have glasses! HAHA!" You: "Haha yeah I'm practically blind, it's true.") What you just did was laugh at yourself, making their joke pointless and you no fun to pick on. :)

Anyone that would tease someone else is not worth the energy you are putting into worry about what they think. Who cares what a couple of idiots might think about you. Just be yourself, do your best and everything will turn out ok. They tease because they care what others think about them. Be better than they are and you will everything will turn out for the better.
