See im a goofy person that laughs and smile a lot and they think it ok because i don't get mad but im, tired of it. I a real quiet person so I don't stand up for myself much. I tell the teacher but it still doesn't work the teacher doesn't see everything. Lately they have been hitting me and making mad thinking its all fun and games. What should I do? I just ignore them when they hit and not say anything but (gone stop playing) because I don't fight or play fight in school but im fed up with it if I don't do anything they'll continue to pick with me. When i tell myself to stand up for myself i get nervous and back down because they may get mad and I don't like to be the center of attention in front of many people. Then its alot of people in that class. I'm tired of this picking with me it makes me so nervous before I come to class. Should I stand or for myself or not do anything. Im tired of this it even. You need to stand up for yourself.
In life your going to find many people like this who come your way to bully you.
If someones attacks you stand your ground. Dont shy away.
Im not advocating fighting but you need to defend yourself not run away and let them think your a wimp and carry on with their attack.
You will be fine if you believe in yourself a little more.
p.s
I highly recommend you take up a sport like martial arts.
Its brilliant at developing your self confidence.
Goodluck!

Simple, stand up for yourself, and you are the only one that can do that there is no magical potion that will have you do that. You need to find the strength in you, it is there.

Im going to be honest, it never stops hurting. I still think back and feel bad about what happened when I was younger.
Im afraid you need to stand up to them. Theres no other way.
the best thing for you to do is to start boxing lessons (not karate, its a waste of time) as that will teach you to fight and toughen you up.
You actually dont need top win the fight against them just really hurt them and they will stop.
Sooner you get this over with the better.
