i cant put a finger on what my issue could be and i dont know how i can talk to someone about it, my problem is i cry a lot and get lonely. I am afraid of staying alone because i will think a lot sometimes i cant let go of things people did to hurt me and i end up holding grudges on them. i always feel unhappy and its really affecting me, i dont have much of friends and my boyfriend i find it hard to talk to him and many times i feel like i should just cry after sex, i dont know why but thats the time i remember what a harsh life I had as a child and i cant get it out of my mind even as a grown up I've gone through a lot.

please help i want to be fine with less issues i want to be like others. i cant go to a psychiatrist because i dont have much of that cash to be able to see one, so just tell me what i should do do avoid being stresed almost all the time? its affecting my school work my daily life and also my appetite.

You don't need to go to a psychiatrist necessarily . All you have to do is start with helping others. It really makes a lot of difference. Trust me.

Then you don't need to keep those bitter memories of people hurting you alive because neither they have any right to hurt you nor their memories. So just like a smarter person let go of those experiences taking them as bad dreams.

Just remember you are one of the most important person on Earth and whatever you have went through till now were just your tests and these kinds of tests will keep on coming and you will clear them all.

Don't forget to keep a smiling face all the time as it is filled with positive energy which you can even impart to others. GOOD LUCK....

A female reader, Chapche Russian Federation +, writes (26 March 2012):

Well, good thing is philosophy...you should know that many people have, most of them have difficult and heavy lives with their struggles and hard childhood so you're not alone and you're not a singular in that field. You should also know that those who hurt they do that because of their weakness and vulnerability and it's often a defensive reaction to the reality. You hurt people too. And you will hurt them too whether you know about that or not. So you shouldn't take everything to your heart. You should decide to become stronger. Pretend that God tries you. He wouldn't send one so much suffer one couldn't go through. So you have to become happy, you should tell it yourself. You shouldn't memorize every offence you've got, you should try to be like an actor - let it go as if you're now in such a mood that nothing can spoil it. And of course you should try to struggle the offenses. If you're hurt and you cannot forget it, releaze the hurt. Give it back, clear things up. People won't reject you, they'll get to know you, understand and respect. You're maybe in a deep depression and something should strike you to get you out. Or it's going to be something from outside either it's you who'll decide to live more brightly. You know many people have really big-big problems in their lives, you just don't know them and you should understand that your problem is not so big and serious.
