It would be worth getting a doctor to check this one out but I cannot help wondering if you have slipped a disc or even ruptured one. If it is this there are a few excercises he can recommend to you that will have you recovering from this sooner than you think. It could also be a strain, or a trapped nerve - all of which could be confirmed by a good GP.

omg i had this quite a long time ago and i went to to a physio about it. she said it was my posture and i should try and stand up straighter and that would gradually help my back. it worked and my backs fine now :) lolellie

I could make a few guesses at what this could be but because I am not a doctor I would suggest you take yourself along to see one. You may have just pulled something, but it could be a lot worse. :)
