I actually think I look loads better, my stomach is like totally flat now, but I checked my BMI (body mass index) and its 18.1 which is underweight for my height - Is this anything to worry about? And how can I maintain the weight that I'm at, cos I really don't wanna put it back on. Reply to this Question Share |

I love how no one knows this even tho they preach this on tv so much. Just exercise and eat better and it will stay off. And if you start to loose more wieght then just adjust to stop loosing wieght.
And just to let you know some people naturally throw that scale out the window like me. Im 18 and i only wieght 125 pounds and im 6 foot 2 inches tall. I eat more then my larger friends but i dont gain any wieght. So in some cases the scale is worthless.
If you like the way you look just stay the way u are now.
Good luck!

When you recover you should go back to your normal weight (if your diet after is the same as before). The answer is the one youve heard a thousand times, eat healthy and exercise.
