I think that sometimes you need a good cry. It depends on if you feel comfortable crying infront of your bf because of course he'll ask why you're crying and if you don't actually have a reason then you might feel a bit embarressed of silly. Only because men usually don't understand us women like that lol but if he loves you then he wont care whether you cry infront of him or not

Of course you shouldn't hide your emotions from your boyfriend, he loves you! When you hide your true self you partner is only seeing half of you, the always happy half. That's not reality! I can see your point, and I used to hate crying in front of my boyfriend (basically because I look like a drowned rat and my nose spreads!) but he loves it because he can look after me (he likes being caring and protective and comforting) and make me happy again.Denying your boyfriend this chance to make things right in your world again is silly, it'll make him feel so much closer to you and will only strengthen your relationship!
