We only dated a month the first time we went out then broke up. it was never anything serious but this time it was starting to seem like it might be serious. i was drunk and all i did was kiss someone else but thats cheating and i feel bad about it.  Ermm personally i wouldn't, only because you haven't been together long. Mayve you shouldn't even be with him as you've split up with him before and cheated on him this time round. I think that if you cheat on someone then it proves that you don't really care about them that much as they'd be hurt if they found out.

 Just let him go. Drinking is never an excuse and if at this young age you are gonna blame drinking for kissing another guy you will blame it on drinking when you screw some guy next.Just tell him because he will find out. They always do. And it will be better hearing it from you. If he hears it from someone else he will probably dump you, which he should anyway.Its part of growing up, something you haven't done yet
