I really think you will be fine, as long as you were wearing the condom and you pulled out before you ejaculated.
but, to be on the safe side, give her the pill. It wont do any harm.
Well done for being so considerate, but maybe you guys should get on some hormonal BC so as you wont have to worry like this again.

There is probably a tiny tiny chance she could be pregnant but it is very unlikely seen as you used a condom the first time round. To be on the safe side she probably should take the morning after pill. Just suggest it to her and see what she has to say.
I'm sure everything will be fine and try not to worry!

Yeah I'd be tempted to give her the morning after pill, make sure she reads the instructions as there are 2 pills to take separately.
You would probably be fine to leave it but to be 100% I'd suggest taking the Emergency contraception.
