You are both kids. That kinda stuff should be left for when you are both older. You shouldnt even be considering any sexual activity at that age.
If she is only 13 and thinking about doing that with a boy she has never met, she may be a nice person, but she sounds like someone that could have a tendency to be very loose when she is older. You dont want to get involved with people like that!

 haha awh your so young. but if you really dont think you are ready, just tell her.. but if you think you are ready, but you dont know what to do, tell her that too. she wont think you are stupid.. it mite actually make it more fun cuz she'll teach you and what not.. who knows, you might actually like it.. (which i'm almost positive you will) but just so you know, just because you met 1 girl who likes to do that kind of stuff, dont think we all do.. there are quite a few who dont, and quite of few who do.. good luck =] and just relax.. its fun, trust me =]
