It seems to me if she's not being specific she's hinting at sex but she's maybe either shy, embarrassed or even unsure. She might be being vague because she doesn't want to come out and directly suggest anything. Maybe try asking her in a flirty way. If she says it again maybe reply with "Do I wanna what? ;)" or "Depends what it is" if it's what you want too then flirting back will show her your interested and she'll be less shy about asking you.Hope this helped :)

Would it be the first time with a girl for both of you? maybe she likes the idea she can do it with her best friend for her first experience, idk.But id definitely take it as sex. Go for it...its a great experience =)

Like trance says, from what info you provided, it does sound like a sexual come-on. But, without knowing the full context of the conversation I can't tell for sure, or even close to sure.

I would be inclined to agree that she was asking about something sexual, but that may not be the case, the only way to know for sure is to ask her. And if she did mean something sexual then remember that you should only do something if you are ready and feel happy and comfortable.
