Keep the logs of your conversations online. Keep the bills and records showing that she initiates contact, and that you don't.
When she threatens you again, laugh at her, and tell her to go right ahead, and that she should be prepared to go to jail over it, because her threats and improper use of the legal system are bot against the law. You have done nothing wrong.

God, a bunny boiler. You're in an unsafe situation here. The good news is because she's effective stalking you and blackmailing you, the evidence really won't go her way. Keep every text she sends, every letter, every voicemail. Keep everything you can as proof. Do not talk to her at all. Do not reply to any text. Do not engage in any conversation with her at all. Just keep all the things she sends you as proof. Then if it continues, talk to the police, or if she files anything against you, show them all the evidence. She's clearly in need of psychological help.
