If your baby was breach then your doctor would have told you at your last check up. As your cervix begins to ripen for labour, the baby's head often descends into the pelvic cavity so you feel the baby's head there and it sometimes feels like a sharp pain, especially when baby pushes his legs against your ribs when he is stretching. I had this with all 3 of my children. Its also possible that you could find you have dilated maybe 1cm as well. But the best and safest place to get accurate answers is your doctor. At least phone his office and ask him if unable to visit. People in this forum even if qualified are not well placed to give medical advice.

Please don't rely on the advice of us aunts and uncles. We aren't doctors, and even if we are, we can't tell you for sure what is going on without an examination. To put your mind at ease, call your doctor, go to your doctor, and then you'll know for SURE. I've had 2 children, and what you are describing sounds like its normal, but again..GO TO THE DOCTOR!

If your bowel movements are regular it could be cysts or endometriosis. Go to your doctor and get checked over.
