It's obviously not you, or he wouldn't have bothered trying to sound like he enjoyed it. No idea what his issue is, maybe you're too tight for him or something. He's probably embarrassed. Yes its normal not all guys will be able to ejaculate, there are loads of reasons why not. You will also find that penis and testical size varies in different men.
Sex is not done by an instruction book, you have to learn and find your own self and find your own pleasures (and his).
