I'm in a foreign country, and I have no health insurance, I also then have no family doctor. in fact, I haven't been to a doctor for about 3 years now! What should I dooo? I'm thinking of getting morning after pill tomorrow morning. I'm in Ontario, Canada, do they sell these at Shoppers Drugmart? I just need to go to the pharmacist? oh god...I'm ... scared. I am happy with my first time, but I won't like it if in fact I'm pregnant by the next week! What happened was we had our first intercourse, then he was out and cum outside. We then did this another couple of times with about 30 minutes interval. Oh god, I just want to punch myself...I shouldn've done it without condom or pills...help :(

Buy some condoms while you are there as well! The Plan B pills (Emergency Contraceptive Pill) can cause unwanted side effects if taken too often, so practice safe sex in future!

You should get the morning afterpill, but you have to take it within 3 days. I just had a baby and according to the calculations I got pregnant a week after my period. So hurry up.

If you have lived in Ontario legally for 6th months or more you are eligible for free health care. Message me if you need more information on that, I'm an immigrant too.
Shoppers has the tests right near the condoms and lubes. You don't need to ask anyone or have a prescription. I'd wait until you have missed your first period though. How many days after your period did you have sex? If it was between 10 and 15 days that is the most likely time to get pregnant. Right before or right after is lesser possibility, but not guaranteed.

Go to any pharmacy and ask the technician. In the US, you can get the morning after pill with no prescription, but I don't know about Canada. I'd assume its the same, but a pharmacist will know. They may also know of a free clinic you can go to to get checked up.
The morning after pill only has a 72hr window to work. After than, you need to talk with a doctor about your options.
