 Most women say that it hurts when you hit their cervix. I've done it, and it usually causes a jolt, and not one of pleasure. I think it depends on how hard you hit it though.
I don't really care who puts on the condom, but my preference is to put it on myself because it gives me peace of mind that it's on right.
