"Pleasurable" generally has more to do with who you're with, and knowing that you're making her feel good, than any external factors.
Most meaningful and significant has to be my wife and I exchanging virginity (she took mine, and I got hers in return) on our wedding night. It was also perhaps the lousiest sex we ever had. (Second most significant was about 5 months earlier, when she had her very first orgasm with her thighs wrapped around my ears.)
A wide range of outdoor experiences are easily the most sensual: moonlight, night breezes, sun on naked bodies, the scents of a meadow, the way beach sand molds around your bodies, etc. Or skinny dipping in the early evening, waist deep in water about 50 yards off a public beach in Florida.
