Listen you're only 11 years old. What feels like love now is probably just infatuation, especially just after 3 weeks. You don't want to scare the poor girl off! Just take things slowly and let things develop naturally. As for hugging/kissing, you'll know when the time is right and just be yourself. She's probably just as nervous as you!

firstly three weeks you cant love someone that quick the sad reality is she could turn out to be a nutter!however you do need to get to know her!you could:chat on msn or go to the cinima or bowling or why not spend time tying out a game!you each right 5 things down you want to no about the other person then you take it in turns awnsering.thats an easy fun way ov getting to no someone.hugging:girls defo like that they feel sucure and protected which is nice but dont overdo it.ask her if you can hug her shes bound to say yes afterall girls prefer lads to make the first move on anything.kissing:i was scared at first to but when the times right itll come naturally to you it will feel right your girlfriend wouldnt laugh if you got it wrong a true girlfriend wouldnt mind.final point:RELAX THINGS WILL COME NATURALLY TOO YOU WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT!!! The key is don't be too pushy or rush things, but compliment her and hold her hand at all opportunities. Good luck buddy
