As said by Jmtmj, that's pre-cum and it's perfectly normal - nothing to worry about. I don't know what you've learned, and from where, but sperm is not exactly a 'limited resource'. So if a little 'leaks' as you call it, that doesn't mean you're actually 'losing' anything.
Relax!

Spend less time thinking about your penis, more time studying or working or whatever it is you do and masturbate only when you are actually aroused. Should do wonders.

I think obsessing less over your penis might actually be better for it in the long run.

Sounds like pre-cum, perfectly normal.
If you're really worried then just see a doctor dude.

If there's improvement then keep doing what you're doing... no reason to suggest you won't keep improving.

HOw much is 'too much'? I guess every person has a different sexual capacity and you may be exceeding yours.

Without the internet and easy access of porn, excessive masturbation was never such a problem as it is now so these kinds of questions have not been asked from a previous generation.
Report back to us in a week and let us know if this was indeed the issue, I'm interested in knowing.

If you've been masturbating to a lot of porn then perhaps you've "seen too much" and its harder to get aroused...?
If so then quit the porn, quit masturbating for a few weeks/months and see if there's a difference. If you're really worried then just see a doctor, but I doubt that's necessary given that you're so young.
