Take a break. Let yourself heal first and then you will be fine to do as you used to. Then take a break again when you start to get sore :)

 See your doctor. If you are already using lots of lube and you are experiencing pain then there could be a number of medical reasons for this, so visit a doctor and they will be able to help you.
