i'd go and see your doctor if i were you, it could be a bacterial infection or there is the possibility of you having contracted an SDT dependant on whether either of you were virgins beforehand. i hate to judge but you shouldn't be having sex at your age be careful x

You truly have to go to the doctors. The downstairs part sounds like Thrush (a yeast infection) but the other symptoms in your stomach and head do not. Also, make sure you get advice on how to protect against unwanted pregnancy. If you're scared your parents will be real mad at you for having sex you can try to go to the doctors on your own.But definitely don't have sex again before sorting out your infection and making sure some protection/s are in place to not get pregnant.

And I'm just going to go ahead and say this: YOU ARE TOO YOUNG TO BE HAVING SEX. I'm not judging you but I can't in good conscience ignore the fact that you are underage.
Please, please, please, take care of yourself. Always use protection.

Go see a doctor. The red, itchy burning part sounds like a yeast infection, but if you're also having headaches and cramps, it could be a more serious infection.

Obviously you need to see a doctor. If you don't know that much, maybe you shouldn't be having sex at such a young age.
