I read a story in a magazine once about a girl needing surgery because one was significantly bigger, and now I'm getting worried. It's not noticeable under a t-shirt, but I still don't like it.Should I be worried? Has anyone experienced this? Reply to this Question Share |

It's perfectly normal I would think. Alot of women have this syndrome. I do. xoxo...

Same! I have this problem too.... It's not noticeable in a bra but when I take my bra off it is VERY noticeable... it's completely normal. over 70% of women have the same problem, some more noticeable then others. Either way the only thing to worry about is getting a nice bra :) PS if you have a boyfriend, and he doesn't like it, ask him if he truly loves you, cause if he did it wouldn't matter what your chest looks like.
Thanks for asking

I have the same problem... my right boob is significantly bigger than my left boob and I "HAVE" to wear a padded bra..
After a couple of times I had sex with my hubby... I was very curious to know what he thought and I asked him if he noticed it... He just said "I dont care.. I love you"... So girls dont go for any implants with the growing breast cancer threats.. if a guy loves u he will love u no matter what.. if he does not he will leave u even if u had boobs like melons.. (equal sized melons of course)

Humans, in common with most other vertebrates, show bilateral symmetry in paired morphological traits such as ear size, digit length and breast volume. Perfect symmetry may be disturbed by a number of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, including the secretion of hormones such as oestrogen. The small, random deviations from perfect symmetry that result from such factors are termed fluctuating asymmetry (FA). 'Fluctuating' refers to a pattern of bilateral variation where variation on the right and left sides is both random and independent.
In simpler terms, you are quite normal and have nothing to worry about. Doc

Yep. Breasts are never absolutely perfectly symmetrical, so having one bigger than the other is normal. It isn't very often that one if SO much bigger that they need to have any surgical intervention, that's a very small percentage. So, no worries, Sweetie!

No cause for concern. Alot of women are that way. I have heard theories about it having to do with whether you are right or left handed, or which side you sleep on. But it could mean niether . My right breast is bigger than my left, but i am left handed and sleep on my left side.
It just one more thing that make you unique to the rest of the world. No one in the world is just like you!!

I am in the same situation that you are. This is actually quite normal and there is always a possibility that these kinds of things will straighten themselves out once you get older. I have talked to many people about my situation and they have all told me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with me, it actually happens to more women than you think, many women don't admit it though. It is because of the different levels of hormones each woman has and things like that. You say yours are only slightly, but mine are more than that, so don't worry dear. It could always be worse. Plus, any guy who loves you will look past imperfections and love you as you are.
Best of wishes.

Yeah, it's normal.
About the only thing you can do is to build up the muscle behind the smaller one.
If it's only slightly, though, I REALLY wouldn't worry about it. No one will notice but you. And any guy will be so jazzed that he got to see them in the first place that the LAST thing he's going to do is notice any difference, so you're safe.

Yes... me too. In fact, one ear is lower than the other, and the left side of your face is not identical to the other side. It is natural. I don't like it either, and I am sure that millions of other people don't also.
