to go out of wack recently before I started taking birth control. But I got the following info out of a book I have
about a girl's body,so trust me.It may tke a few years to
regulate. You may have some missed periods. It may come early
before the 28 days. The earliest it should come is 19 days
after the last period. If it's earlier than that, then you should see a doctor. The latest that the period should come
on if you don't have it by 28 days is 44 days.If it's later than that, then go see a doctor. So you have nothing to worry about,so calm down.

I still have that problem at times and I wont feel stressed. But when I sit back and think about it, I did stress over little things. And you are stressing now cause you are thinking about it. Plus, you just started, so your hormones are getting used to your new body. When we are stress, a womans adrenal glands secrete the hormone cortisol. Cortisol has a direct impact on the sex hormones estrogen, progesterone, and DHEA. Eating disorders, dieting, drug use, and reliance on stimulants like caffeine and alcohol are also interpreted by the body as kinds of stress. Poor nutrition seems to physically change the proteins in the brain so they can no longer send the proper signals for normal ovulation. Some woman have anovulatory cycles in which they do not ovulate, but it only happens like once or twice a year. If more than that, you need to see the doctor. Just try to lower your stress and try to do things to keep your mind off of it. It might just come sooner. Just try to relax.

Don't worry, this isn't bad, it's perfectly normal.
Your period may always be on time, but you shouldn't be concerned if it runs late once or twice. It is entirely possible, and this has happened to me before, to completely skip a month and not have another period until the next month.
But you should not be worried, especially since you have not had sex and cannot, therefore, be pregnant.
If you are concerned about it, though, mention it to your mother or another adult whom you trust. They may suggest going to the doctors to be checked out, but there should not be anything wrong. Periods can be completely regular, and then suddenly skip a month.
You have no need to worry.

Don't worry lovely, this is quite normal. The first year of your period jumps around a bit as it settles down and gets into a routine. You may find that some months you don't even get a period while it is still settiling and gets into a routine.
If you have not had sex then you will not be pregnant so don't worry yourself about that. Are you stressed? Sometimes stress can delay your period so just relax and get on with your day. If you don't get a period next mouth then I would suggest you go to your doctors just to make sure everything is ok :)
Hope I have helped. Let us know how you get on.
Good Luck

There's nothing to worry about if you haven't had sex and you're still new to your menstrual cycle.
For the first couple of years, your period tends to be irregular so it may be hard to keep track of when it's supposed to happen and when it's not. Just make sure you're always prepared and you'll be fine.
There's absolutely NOTHING to be worried about!

This is not abnormal. You're likely to have irregular periods if you started menstruating recently. It'll regulate, don't worry.
