World class bodybuilders are classified as obese. even though they have very low body fat. Bocy fat percentage is the best way to determine if your weight is proper. Here is a site that I found that has a calculator. I don't know how well it works, but I will try it and compare the results to my scale that measures body fat by electrical resistance.

Your target weight is 133. You should weigh no less than 114, and no more than 152, in order to not be considered underweight or overweight, respectively.

Hope you dont mind but I have copied and pasted a lot of what I have written below from another question I answered very similar to this about a week ago, only I have tweaked some of the figures to suit you! :)
Here goes;
A girl of 5ft6 should weigh somewhere between 8.5 stone to 10 stone "apparently". I say apparently because everyone is different and these charts are always bad at taking into account muscle mass. Muscle weighs more than fat does so can skew your results somewhat. If you really wish to know if youre body weight is normal then you can get your body fat % calculated. For a healthy girl you should have somewhere between 10%-15% body fat (if memory serves). I wouldnt worry if you weigh outside that boundary, like I said, everyone has a different body type!
Getting fitter is easy though if you wish to lose some weight. Treadmill's are great for losing weight (if not extremely boring) and personally I would a thousand times over prefer to actually be running SOMEWHERE rather than staring at a screen. Having a treadmill for some people is a huge bonus though as for some reason they hate to be seen all sweaty, a problem alot of girls seem to encouter for whatever reason I will never know. (We all sweat y'know!)
Start easy on your treadmill and aim to start small, doing maybe just 15 minutes consistant running a few times a week with a few days rest inbetween to give your muscles chance to recover from the workout. Depending on your current fitness you can work this up SLOWLY to run further and more frequently.
Endurance running is great for burning fat and looking leaner and will give you a most attractive physique! 3 Just make sure you get all the proper equipment before you go, a decent pair of trainers (asics are best), shorts, a sports shirt that wont rub and a sports bra if youre a girl and you're good to go!
If you dont fancy running mind, I highly recommend swimming!
Best of luck! :)
Heres the website for the height/weight chart I compared you against if you are interested: http://www.weightlossresources.co.uk/body_weight/healthy_weight/chart.htm

No worries! It makes it easier for us!
I looked it up, using one of the useful links, and you should be between 8 and a halfish to 9 and a halfish stone. I don't know what that is in kilograms, I think its something like 110-20!?
But I really don't know.
