writes: My mother and sister are mad at me because they wanted to use my facebook profile to look at photos of my friends and family. Now they’re not talking to me. I didn’t let her because it’s my account and those people chose to share those things with me. My sister can just make her own account. She says that they would have just as easily shared it with her but she doesn’t want a facebook account so she doesn’t see why should make one.She keeps shooting daggers at me. Am I wrong to think that I shouldn’t give her access to my account?

Why don't you just log on yourself and show her the photos while you're there? Then you're not letting her onto your private account (which youre right, deserves to stay private), but she gets to see the photos of her family that theyve put up. Win-win.

No, you're not wrong. Your mother and sister have both taken this well out of context. The point of facebook is that you have your own page. Plus, you don't want them spying on your every move, which they would do of course. Stick to your guns.
