 Stay away. Flashing her cleavage could simply be a cheap thrill and nothing else. If you aproach her sexually, she might turn you down and tell the entire neighborhood that you are a pervert.  You 'love' her cleavage and that shows how this could be such a deep, meaningful relationship! Basically if she is flashing to you (and it could be in your imagination) then she will be doing it to lots of men to get attention. Quite apart from the fact that she is married, you live next door. I assume her husband comes home from time to time. If she confessed to him about an affair or he found out some other way, expect a knock on the door from him...Unless you live on mars I am sure there are are unmarried women in your community that would make a far better match?
