I'm afraid you're on a very powerful drug and that symptom is one of many very common side effects when on this particular drug. There's not much you can do but if you search on the internet for people who have also been on roaccutane you may find many people who can suggest side effect relief.

it would be best to see a medical professional rather than ask on here on the off chance someone can help.
wikipedia reports (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Isotretinoin roaccutane is a trade name of isotretinoin)that dryness of lips and skin is a common side effect. as it's wiki i'm not sure how reliable it is, but it seems the side effect you describe is normal. the timescale may not be, but i am not medical expert, nor even a medical student. i would definitely see a doctor. i know at your age that might seem daunting but it will be worth it. if you're told it's entirely normal your mind will be at ease, but if there is any further action required, you'll thank yourself for going.
best of luck.
