 Hey I have the same problem as your girlfriend, I always had trouble having an orgasm from plain sex without other stimulation, it's actually very usual in women, over half of women don't come from sex. But there are ways to help try and make it happen, and it has worked for me a few times. I think the most important thing is to not focus on it and don't think about it as much as possible, forcing it doesn't work too well. The best position generally for her to come is her on top as this allows best g spot stimulation and also lets her set the pace more and do what feels good. Just relax and let her do what she likes in that position, it may be a gradual thing, not likely to work first try, and don't tell her that that's why you want her on top. Just let things come naturally ; ) best of luck
