I am typically pretty good about giving her the room when she asks for it during the day but I feel that a whole night is completely unreasonable and selfish to ask for I mean it's my room too so i said no. I feel guilty but I also feel like she's going to bright it up again. Am I being ridiculous for saying no?

If this becomes a persistant problem, tell her yes, and then walk in on them.

No, you're not being ridiculous. This is truly out of order. You have to sleep in that room too, and it's not fair if she's looking to throw you out. Tell her she can go to his place instead.
