Hi, I'm 19 yrs. old my height is 174 - that would be about 5'9 - My problem is my big breast on a small frame upper body. About 2 yrs ago they were the perfect size which to me was good because my breast are fully round starting from the armpit and the volume was not heavy..but in the past 2 yrs they ended up 35DD (only last year I was 34DD). Now they are not comfortable, because since I have a small waist I also have a small back and sometimes I have a feeling of being pulled. If I lift up my hands you can see my breast from behind my back..that's how big they are. I was thinking to get a breast reduction but my breast shape is perfect and I don't want to ruin what nature gave me,.., the main issue is they are quite heavy, and I would like to make them lighter but keep the shape intact.

I thought that big breasts are hereditary, my mother doesn't have nearly as big as mines..and I wonder why mines had such an abrupt growing, do you think I have high levels of estrogen or some hormone problems ?

Thanks for the help and advices - and I only eat organic food.. I happen to have some family that still lives in a small village out of Prague and they have animals they feed naturally, so we get the meat and milk from there as well as the vegetables..and I don't eat meat that much meat. Only maybe once or twice a week and mostly fish

@bunny - I got really skinny arms, very slim upper body frame and the big breast seem just, not right ..and most girls ask me if they are real. If I had broader stronger shoulders and a bigger back then they I feel I would not have suffer like I do now. I'm concerned about my back in few yrs- that's all.. but I decided not to have a breast augmentation, now that @birdynumnums said that would affect my breast feeding..because I do plan to have children someday. Losing weight :)) It would probably help but I would look like a skeleton. Last year I was slimmer and the but the breast cup was smaller, but this year I gained only 3 kilos but the fat never goes on my tummy or hands..only breast and legs... but the cup grew 1 size bigger and I can tell the big chances. I hope by all means it won't grow bigger..

bunnyblueeyes agony aunt I've got a small frame, am only 5 foot and have 34 J breasts, so I have looked into having a reduction, after talking it through with my doctor I decided against it. The problem with surgery is that your breasts may grow back. (With weight gain, or during pregnancy)

Exercise may reduce them, but I doubt it as you don't sound overwieght.

There's really no way around it. You have to learn to love your figure even the 'flaws' that you think you have.

DoubleM agony auntIndeed, do not "ruin what nature gave" you. You are very young, so see what happens in the future. If uncomfortable, "birdynumnums" offered good advice.

birdynumnums agony auntSometimes breasts can be affected by the hormones cattle are given, so cut down on beef products and see if that helps. This actually happened to my sister-in-law; she lost a cup size when the doctor told her this.

I wouldn't get a reduction at your age. They might seem large now, but you may not feel that way in a couple of years when your figure is also a bit fuller. Breast reduction surgery can sometimes interfere with the ability to breastfeed a baby, in case that might be a concern to you. I am an E cup and 2" shorter than you and mine are just fine at 56. It's really important for a well-endowed girl to get a proper fitting by a good specialist store (not Victoria's Secret) and buy 2 or 3 good bras. That keeps them from wandering into your underarm when you lift your arms over your head - and supports them so that you can't tuck them into your jeans once you are my age... :^D
