Try easing into it. Start using the webcam as a form of foreplay. If you have 2 computers in the same house when you are together, use the webcam while in separate rooms as a form of foreplay. You want to see him masturbate and I would be absolutely shocked if he didn't want to see you do the same. Ease him into it and he should warm up to it.
