I don't know how old he is, I hope he's around your age. If he's older than 15, you should not do anything with him, he is trying to use you. This will make you feel horrible - and it's not your fault.
That said, to answer your question:
-He probably won't think you're horrible. If he does, he won't say anything about it. If he says anything about it, he's a jerk and you shouldn't be with him.
-It comes natural after a bit. But I had a heck of a time figuring it out with my first girlfriend, one of my female friends had to break it down for me:
1. Lips connect.
2. Mouths open.
3. Tongue.
Step 3 is optional.
It's really as simple as that, if things seem off, go back to 1, 2, 3.

It honestly does come naturally :) Since he's more experienced, that's perfect because you can follow his lead - when he kisses you notice the rhythm he does and follow from there. It's a lot better that he's made out before than if you both didn't know what to do!
