I gave him oral sex tonight for the first time and while I didn't hurt him, I felt like I wasn't stimulating him as well as I could, since I couldn't do anything with my tongue around the end of his penis. Is there anything at all that can make it easier, better, without hurting him, except circumcision? I figure it's a long shot to hope but I thought someone here might have experience with this. Thanks.

People, there is nothing wrong with not retracting your foreskin. I've never done it and it hasn't affected my sex life one bit. Some foreskins are tighter than others. it's normal. Stop the scaremongering.

simple, dont pull the foreskin back. to be honest, mine is tight too and it hurts when pulled back so its a lot better when it isn't pulled back. the skin does NOT need to be pulled back if you're just giving oral.

My husband had this problem and had the surgery when he was 12. He's been fine since then and there were no complications for him.
I know there are risks to do with the surgery but there are success stories too.
Good Luck!! xx

He can stretch the skin and use topical steroids.Doing this will make the skin grow and widen his foreskin. The topical steroids are clobetasol or Betamethasone and exercises or devices can be used for the stretching. You can even help him with the stretching. If the stretching doesn't work a minor surgery called a z-plasty will. These links should help you
