Periods are also erratic and few lucky women have the same kind of period and symptoms every single time e.g. sometimes I get awful cramps, and sometimes I just don't.
Cancer is unlikely; breast cancer doesn't usually affect women as young as you. If you feel any lumps in your breasts, this may be a cause for concern, though they could just be benign cysts which are annoying but common enough. The other aunts are right; pop by your doctor and ask for a check-up. You'll soon have your mind at rest.

Breasts get sore around your period, it is very normal. I wouldn't worry about having breast cancer unless you feel a lump, and if you do get it checked out immediately. Otherwise you are completely normal as I also have painful/sore breasts around my menstrual period. Good luck.

Nothing is wrong at all, your breasts get very tender and sometimes painful during periods, it's absolutely nothing to worry about, it's perfectly normal!

A
