I recently split up with my boyfriend due to my impending exams. It is a very stressful time and sometimes the best thing is to stop other commitments in order to fully concentrate.
If you like him, be patient,exam period is over by the end of June, so you dont have to wait very long to find out!

Atleast he hasn't been mean about it though, i think he's finding it hard to tell you that he doesn't like you. Find someone else, good luck Xxx

 From your age i guess you guys are either taking GCSE's or As'levels.
These are both Really important sets of exams and i think hes probably being genuine. Just give him till there over and then try again :)
