I know this isn't a great situation to be in but this is actually more common then a lot of people think. Girls stop wetting the bed at an early age, however, lots of men have trouble with this until a late age. (Usually stops in their twenties)
However, its important that your more thoughtful towards his feelings. Its an awful thing to have happen because a lot of men have no control over it whatsoever when they are sleeping but they still have to live with consequences. Its extremely embarrassing for them and can damage confidence and social skills.
Put yourself in his shoes and imagine how you would feel if the same happened to you.
Hope this helps.

hi
had he been drinking alcohol to excess that night? maybe he just was in a very deep sleep that night and couldn't wake up when he needed a wee. if it starts to happen regularly ask him to see a doctor just to get some tests done, to check there is nothing medically wrong. are you sure he has not done this before? could be something he has done since childhood but feels too embarrassed to tell you
xx

It can happen. Now if he always sleeps with rubber sheets he might have an actual problem.

Let it go we all have accidents and yeah I've peed in the bed when I was 25, I've even puked all over my girlfriend in bed too when I was drunk. Not fun haha I got some stick for that the next I can tell you. But it happens.
If this is a regular occurrence then he needs to see a doctor but other than that no big deal.

You said he was freaked out about it too, so no need to go freaking out. Maybe it was just the dream he had. I wet my bed once at 18 due to having a bladder infection. Even though bladder/urinary tract infections are less likely for males, maybe he has one? Either way, if it's not a regular occurrence, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG.

Grow up! These things happen, there is nothing wrong with him. Lots of people have had dreams that they are using the toilet and wake up in a wet patch.
Be supportive to your boyfriend rather than judging him and getting all freaked out. If your this bothered by such a tiny thing, are you really ready to live together?

I don't think it's a problem if he's only done it once. All sorts of things can lead to an "accident" regardless of age. he could have even dramt he was on the toilet and needed to go in real life.
If it was a one time thing, then just let it go. Don't make him more embarrased than he probably already is.
