Where I live it is illegal for a 23 year old to have sexual relationships with a 14-year-old, but if it was someone 15 or older, it would be legal as long as the boy had consent with his parents to do so. Friendship between those two is one thing, but sexual relationships is just plain wrong!

Well obviously he likes hanging out with older people. What is weirder is that people in their 20's would want to hang out with a 14 yr old. That is really weird. I like hanging out with people my age or older. I don't even really like guys a couple years younger than me. This girl has got issues. She sounds like a REAL loser.

No, you should sit this 23 year old person down and tell her that what she is doing is wrong. If you have any reason to believe that any sexual contact is occurring you need to inform the police immediately! I see no difference between this and a 23 year old man dating a 14 year old girl. Pedophilia is pedophilia no matter what sex the offender is.

Hey I just want to let you know that if they are truely in love then the 23 year old woman should wait to do anything and be friends first and when he is of age then sit down and talk about it. so its hard 2 know if it will work or not but all im saying is give it time and tell your friend to follow his heart
