Somtimes it even gets to the pint where there are three horrors going on at once. Then through out the day I cant stop thinking about it. I have to get up for school but since I never get any sleep I hae an officer making sure I go to school and yelling at me when its not my fault. What do theys horrors and terrors mean? And. How do I stop them?My deep thinking always takes me away to anouther place. Some pycholgists say that it may be effecting my metal health. WTF!?!?!?!? I have a mind that sucks people in to talk to me but repels them at the same time. I think they are saying I'm crazy and I am sayiing that I just have a vivid imagination. Nothing wrong with that right??? They say that having to think about some story or plot everyday is mental. I need to think about somebody getting hurt or having really bad abuse problems and In my head I become that person and play music somtimes to go with there mood. Sombody ends up dead in my mind though everytime wether its the bad guy or the main character and my pycholgist say that I may have somthing wrong with me. I just need a story to keep me going. The plot is always there in the world some people find it harder than other to find it. I was blessed with seeing that damn plot every day of my emotional life!!!Is my pycholigist over reacting or am I on the borderline between sane and insane?? Reply to this Question Share |

i dont think ur mental at all. i do the same thing and have insane dreams all the time..unless im mental too. it never makes me crazy it doesnt affect my normal life. ever since i was little ive been like this and ive lead a fairly normal life. altho i was into drugs for a little bit and that made the dreams a little worse. do u do n e drugs? is there anything recurring that rele scares you? if there is im sure sum psychoanalyst or whatever can help you figure that out. and as for the stories u make up in ur head, no way thats mental. thats how novels get written and how TV shows and horror movies are made. in my opinion you just have a healthily vivid imagination. if any one thing bothers u too much try drawing/writing it down to try to make more sense of it. and if u dont want to go to a doctor to try to figure out your dreams pick up one of those dream decifering books. some might say theyr hokey, but they really help! something scary, bizzare, and insane can mean something as simple as you feel like you hurt somebody, or you're afraid of some life decision and stuff like that. theyr never literal. and watching a lot of horror movies does help too, eventually scary dreams will just seem like a movie. ive done both these things and now no matter how bizzare or disturbing my dreams are they really dont bother me most of the time.

I used to have night terrors and such, i find that running away from the things that you fear don't help you. My friend suggested that I watch horror movies until they became nothing but funny to me. I also got a job on a professional scare team and I work in haunted houses and the like.
After a week of watching movies and being a 'little' crazy at work I found my nightmares became irregular and infreuquent. I suggest you pick up some local movies if the psyciatrist doesn't work. ALWAYS GO TO A DOCTOR FIRST! And try to realize a lot of what you are scared of is fake.

Once you figure out where this originates, I would suggest you curtail your use of this type of entertainment and it should subside with time.
A hypnotist can help stop this.

Well you should listen to your psychologist but if you honestly think he or she is wrong, try a new one and see what they say! Good luck!
