 I prefer a nice small firm ass. It's a physical attribute that I notice very early on. The boobs come later because I do prefer smaller breasts, the kind that don't jump out in your face.
Other then those two the first thing I notice would have to be the eyes assuming that the girl is close enough.

 I'm an ass-woman, lol. I check out the behinds of EVERYONE I meet. The guy at work who's at least 20 years older than me has one of the nicest butts I know, haha.
Well, I've got greats boobs, all the guys tell me that. But eventually they all are drawn to my butt. So I think in my case, I make men into butt-lovers. The love it! I don't particularly understand why, personally I think tons of other girls have nicer butts than me. But they all love it, can't get enough of it.

But if I had choose from only ass and boobs, then it would be ass. Great boobs come in all sizes but I find nothing appealing about a woman with an ass like a 12 year old boy.
