Im 45, and still think about it all the time. I was married 6 months ago for the first time, and while it crosses my mind with others from time to time, I wouldn't dare even consider actually doing it with anyone else.

That's why I fantasize a lot with her. But of course if I see a very hot girl on the street my first thought will be about sex. And finally I really dont feel guilty because I think of sex with other girls, its a perfectly normal thing to have sexual fantasies and I'm pretty sure my gf has sexual fantasies with other guys too. I would feel guilty only if I carry on with them.

The only time(s) that I am not thinking about sex is when I am doing the "Sudoku" puzzle in my local newspaper....
AND... if that puzzle happens to be particularly easy (as it tends to be on Monday and Tuesday).... I can even think about sex whilest I am doing it (the puzzle)....

Men of all ages - roughly how often do you think about having sex? It depends. Often, many times per day, sometimes once per day or so.
And who with? Your partner/girlfriend/wife, that random hot person who walked past you on the street? Usually with either that random hot person who walked past (that desire is getting more pronounced with age; as if I were missing out on having sex with every beautiful woman I see - I get smitten easily), or with someone I know from a daily contact e.g. work.
Do you ever feel guilty if you think about having sex with someone who isn't your significant other? Not really. The main reason is that I would have to be completely overcome with guilt, which I cannot afford to do. A perpetually guilty husband / father would not necessarily be good for the family, right?
Just out of curiosity, really.
