We always had a good sex life, or at least I did and I spent hours giving foreplay to her before we made love, and I was always under the impression that she enjoyed it, but when I try to ask her why, she wont give me an answer, although she tried to reassure me, that it wasn't me, but I am not too sure. I am just worried that if she is like this now, what will she be like when we get married. I really need to make love, not just for the physical element, but also need it to fulfil my emotional esteem.

You will have to confront her ASAP.
It may turn out she manipulates you.
Skip "I was always under the impression that she enjoyed it".
Take some time to cool down and think about her as a person.
Discard emotions, does she give an impression "average girl"?
Answer "yes" means you are in trap; "no" means she has issue.
One more approach is possible: your life goals are different.

Simple. Having secured her catch, she no longer needs to reel you in. Today is the first day of the rest of your cold, passionless life. Enjoy your marriage!
