He has taken you for granted . You could talk to him about it. Be firm and if there is no response from him ,show your anger and displeasure . That should solve the problem.
Most men would back down when the woman is angry or furious.

Tell him it's rude and you find it immature and offensive. Tell him you would prefer it if he had more respect.

He has reached that stage where he is a liitle too comfortable with you. Tell him that you find it rude and gross and leave the room if he continues. If he is not willing to listen then try to train him with something negative whenever he shows this behavior and hopefully he'll come to realize that you do not find that attractive.
