Stand back, let her come to you instead of you doin all the chasing, if you come on too strong she mightn't like it and thats why she's fading away from you...Failing that just be up front and honest and tell her how you feel... Perhaps you came over a little too keen ?. As a result the lady in question may have deliberately faded away. There's nothing worse than coming over too keen and/or needy, I'd suggest you don't chase her so much, just be there for her as a mate, chill out with her, don't put any pressure on her, then naturally you'll either become closer and that spark may develop or it won't and you'll have to accept that she isn't the one for you.

Sounds simple, but be honest with her (and flowers wont hurt either) and ask her straight out if you're in with a chance.
