A nice dinner but not a movie. If you can cook, dinner at a guy's house after he's given me flowers is so relaxing and romantic. Sipping on a glass of wine listening to music while I prepare to be catered is nice. This way, I can kick off my shoes and eventually everything else without any break in the mood. Just make sure there are not distractions (phones, tv's, not enough wood for the fireplace, etc.).
Good luck

Take her out definitely. When you pick her up have flowers. Maybe ice skating, or just something a little different than movies. Then take her to her favorite restaurant or the first restaurant you both went to together. Go somewhere where you can look at the stars, make sure to bring a blanket. Maybe a lake. This way you can cuddle up together and it is very sweet, not many guys think to do this. Make sure you have set everything else up beforehand at your house. Rose petals when you open the door leading to the bedroom. Or you can go into your room to "change" and light candles and lay out rose petals on the bed. Play your song if you can or if you have one together. Then let what happens happen naturally... Of course you don't need to do everything I said, I was just giving some very romantic ideas for you. Have a great night!

Do a suprise for her or something when you go back to yours. Make her tea, have roses somewhere for her to find (on the bed?)After tea, get the ice cream and some spoons and watch a Romcom or a horror or something that'd make her cuddle up to you. Then take it from there :)
