it depends on many issues. one being, the person you are having sex with. if you're doing it to please him/her and not yourself because you want to hang on to this person for whatever reasons, than naturally it will not be enjoyable for you, cos you're too busy concentrating on not doing or saying anything awkward and embarrassing.
sex is best when both parties are uninhibited, adventurous and very into (sometimes not necessarily in love) with each other.
relax and go with the flow the next time this opportunity arises. it can be very fun!
