Maybe that's why it's there? When I got back up and tried to fix my panties, it hurt more. I guess I made it worse. What can I do to get rid of it and make it not hurt?I haven't had sex in a LONG TIME.And I haven't been doing anything really this summer.Except sleeping, playing and sweating. Ew. Sweating.

Genital warts a.k.a HPV (the most common std in sexually active people) can appear as late as six months after contact.
You should see your gyno just to be safe.

Get new underwear. It's mostly is hardened skin cause by rough friction same things as when you were bad shoes. Put some moisturizing lotion for the time being. It should be gone in a couple of weeks.
