I think the problem isn't going on the pills, but rather the reason for it. I think basically it comes down to"I'm having sex, and I've gone on the pill to prevent pregnancy. My mother would be mad if she finds out im on the pill, and even more so if she finds out im having sex, and that's WHY im on the pill"Best option is to tell your mom.

Now i'm taking it that you're on the pill because you are having sex, or are thinking about having sex in the near future. In which case, you have done the right thing. Going on the pill is the sensible and mature thing to do, and hopfully your mom will take this into account if you decide to tell her. If she is worried try and explain this to her. Also remember that the pill doesnt protect against any sexually transmitted diseases, so take precautions there. (sorry if i sound patronising ., just trying to help you out, we're all in this together after all hehe)Anyway, good luckJust try and explain calmly and maturely and i'm sure she'll understand as you're obviously thinking about the consequences of your actions which is good.x

Hi
She wont find out from your Gp. Here in the Uk there are rules about that. Do you mean you will feel you should tell her?
