All is fair in love and war, so ask her out. Make sure you like her enough though as it might be a case of what you cannot have makes it more attractive. She'll make up her own mind.

 I guess you are going to have to wait this one out. The fact that she did like you says that if the relationship she is in now doesn't work out then she will probably be open to having a relationship with you, provided that you are still single when that time rolls around. Good luck.
